The following services fall within the  Student Support Services  of Orange East Supervisory Union:
 
 
Early Childhood Program        -as shaped by Vermont's Act 166 of 2014, Universal Access to Publicly Funded PK      
 
English Language Learners     -as required by No Child Left Behind legislation and regulations Title I and Title III            
 
Essential Early Education       -a statewide program for special education services for children ages three through five
 
Homeless Children & Youth    -as defined by the federal McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Act
 
Migrant Education                  -as defined by the federal Title 1 Migrant Education Program and Vermont's Migrant Ed. Program (MEP)
 
Section 504                            -as defined within federal Civil Rights Laws
 
Special Education                   -as defined by the federal Individuals with Disabilities Education Act of 2004
