Reporting Discrimination or Harassment

Employees are encouraged to report alleged unlawful discrimination or harassment as soon as possible to their organization's designated Nondiscrimination Coordinator or Title IX (Sexual Harassment) Coordinator identified below.

Coordinators will follow the procedures described in the pertinent policies.  In the absence of an explicit procedure, the coordinator will complete a formal complaint form that describes the details of the incident, date filed, name of the accused, the investigative findings, and dates in which assurances were provided, including the notifying the complainant of the right to file with state or federal agencies.
